My fifteen plus years in the retail industry started out in the mountains of North Carolina with the Gap, Inc. family at Banana Republic. From there I worked my way up to Women’s Merchandiser and fell in love with the creativity and psychology behind the art of merchandising and its impact on sales. After a move across the country (and in between mountain biking and snowboarding) I spent my days building displays at locally owned boutiques. Thrilled to find an outlet where my “particular” eye came in handy, I honed in my skills and thrived in watching the pieces fall into place. I’ve always felt that visual merchandising is a living and breathing element that can transform a space while growing customer engagement. I’m so grateful to turn my passion into my work!
